| Avocado Chocolate Pie |
There are some ills in this world that are perfectly addressed by chocolate. How much better when you didn't even have to use cream to make the filling for a chocolate pie? Kudos to my friend who grew up in the Philippines, where she regularly ate avocado with cream & sugar...chocolate adds a whole new dimension!

Other ills are less easily dealt with: pain, suffering, shame, death...especially sin. Yet God prevails and the soul that comes to him finds rest despite the outward tumult.
A mighty fortress is our God
A bulwark never failing
Our helper, he, amid the flood
