Some kids ask for drinks of water or endless trips to the bathroom; our daughter's plea for staying up later once she's tucked in is, "Daddy, please teach me something!" Granted, she's all ears at that stage of the day. We certainly have our learning battles during the formal school time! Anyway, here are a few of the learning things we've been doing lately. She likes to learn as long as she doesn't 'have' to do something and as long as it involves one-one-one attention from an adult. It makes me examine my own learning - am I paying attention to what God wants to teach me through his word, through circumstances, and through others?
