When we bought the house, it looked like this. While renovating the bathroom, we took out the door on the right, which necessitated painting this room again.
In the meantime, it became a workroom. Here it is in its final stages before we moved the last of the junk out.
So while we waited for the mud to dry in the bathroom, we worked on the kid room and I LOVE IT! Then I found a lamp (under $50) offered free at a special home decorating shop (promo, hoping you'd buy something expensive) that just matched. Since the time of these photos, my mom has also helped by decorating the table/chairs with swedish designs. What a cute room, if I do say so myself!
