Someone's been working hard out at the lake near us! We took a walk there tonight after supper, while the sun, (crazy) was still up. You sure can't judge time by the sky so well here. I got some cute pictures, which I liked, although I did have to delete quite a few blurry ones of Ruth as she hardly sat still for more than half a second.

I remember there was a big book in our house at Wasolo that had full page photographs of different tulip fields from Holland. I'd sit and stare at page after page of unbelievable, gorgeous colors that God gave flowers. Look at the flowers...if this is how God cares for the grass of the field, how much more will he clothe you, oh you of little faith? (liberally paraphrased)

My sister Martie & her husband Rusty walked with us, which I so enjoyed. I feel like I hardly see them, and just would love to see them more. But it's great when it happens. Here they are, after I forced them to pose for a picture. I don't think either of them would willingly pose - but they were very gracious!

When I see tulips I also think of a very cool trip to the Dallas arboretum with our good friends - may they enjoy beautiful creation in some way today.
