Just thought I'd write a bit before I forget...

We had a great night out last night, at La Salsa with other Covenanters as a goodbye for us. Wonderful food and aura. We had planned to leave Michael and Ruth with the Z kids to babysit, but ended up taking Michael as he'd had two nights in a row previously of suddenly crying for 2 hrs, (7-9). Thankfully, he slept in the carseat for most of the dinner and didn't fuss much. But now I have no clue what bedtime I should try to give him...

Today we made Chocolate Peanut Butter Bon Bons. What a treat! I never expect to be able to make them here in Africa - they have lots of fancy ingredients - peanut butter, powdered sugar, chocolate chips, and rarest of all, rice crispies! But Sheryl found a package of chocolate rice crispies on sale! So we made that, and rice crispie treats. Good thing it was chocolate rice crispies, because then nobody will think twice about the couple of ants that got in with the marshmallows I've been saving for 10 months...
